I am Expression Coach!
Dance has been with me and part of me all my conscious life. I gave my first lesson when I was 15 years old. At 25, I prepared the winners of the Russian junior championship. By the age of 29, I had a lot of successful students, ambitious parents, excellent results, money ... and a loss of motivation. Doubts made me think about how and where I am going.
Then I realized that I want to go beyond standard teaching and become a really deep specialist, learning from the best.
Ruud Vermeij, my Teacher, gave me the most important lesson: "You need to study not only dance, but study people as well." This became the main theme of my work in subsequent years. The best teachers, participation in various training programs around the world and, of course, books gave me confidence, knowledge and a desire to create my own teaching system. Today I help dancers and teachers in different countries of the world realize their inner potential to the maximum. Using knowledge of movement, psychology, coaching, marketing, I created my system for preparing for the performance and the opportunity to express yourself through a movement called “Expression coaching”.
