Each performer aspires to do their best dance during competitions or important performances. And everyone knows how difficult this task is. I'm working on an "inner game" – on the way to fully leverage your mental and emotional energy and therefore perform to the best of your ability.
During the preparation for a competition, we will learn:
- That victory is a by-product
- The goal can be internal and external
- Why we need a plan for a tournament
- That the choice of location is on the floor is important
- How "keywords" work and their impact on a successful performance
- How to develop resilience and self-regulation
- What "warm-up" is needed during the competition
- Why diet and sleep are such important factors for success
- How to recharge during and after the tournament
I’m not going to say that you will stop having fears, worries and anxiety, but you will be able to recognize, accept and control them. This approach will give you the freedom and opportunity to dance to your maximum!
