Before we met, I had no idea that someone could cope with my endless inner stream of thoughts, experiences, desires and fears. children in figure skating and faced a number of questions and problems in working with them. (For example, what if I ask to complete one task, and the child leaves and starts doing what he wants? What if the child cries? What if the child does not want to do? And so on!) Unfortunately, no time was devoted to pedagogy at the institute. I was at a loss .. I really wanted to find answers to questions, but from whom ?! Sveta, a familiar dance teacher, advised me to turn to Roman. I understood that Roman works mainly with dancers, but it seemed to me that the principle of working with children is the same, so I decided to turn to him. I can say that with Roman we analyzed every problematic case with a student. I began to understand why the child reacts this way and what I can do in this situation to change it. And then I practiced Roman's advice with children, plus the literature on psychology helped me a lot. The novel created a vector for me, towards which I began to move. Now I turn to Roman with other questions! And the advice he offers is working! I appreciate the fact that Roman thinks deeply and broadly, analyzes information, continues to develop in different areas and he is positive!
